V.PS €9.95/年 VPS 新增德国机房

上个月分享了 V.PS 年付 9.95 欧的机器，当时只在荷兰有销售，现在商家增加了德国机房，VPS 基于 KVM 虚拟架构，采用 SSD 硬盘和 1Gbps 网络端口，为BGP线路。
